Sticker Print Artwork Specs: AI / PDF / PSD + CMYK + Bleed

Preferred: AI / CDR / EPS / PDF (vector)

Vector files guarantee sharp edges at any size. Convert all text to outlines / curves to avoid font-substitution issues.

Bitmap also OK: PSD / PNG / TIFF (300dpi+)

Bitmap needs 300dpi+, CMYK mode, transparent background (PNG). Low-res or RGB files are sent back for redo.

8 hard requirements checklist

• Color mode: CMYK (not RGB or Pantone solid coated)
• Bleed: 3mm on each side beyond the die-cut line
• Safe zone: 3mm inside the die-cut line — no critical text/graphics here
• Black: 100% K only (single-color black) — no C/M/Y overprint
• Min text: 6pt (5mm actual height); smaller = blurry
• Min stroke: 0.25pt; thinner may get cut off
• Transparent / semi-transparent areas: avoid if possible, or annotate
• File name: design_product-size_v1.ai

What we do after you submit

Our prepress team returns a PDF color proof within 24h. After your sign-off we go to print. Changes at proof stage are free; post-print changes require a new plate (200-500 RMB).
