Why certification matters

Toy stickers are mostly for children under 14, and major markets (EU, US, JP) have mandatory safety rules. Amazon, Target, Walmart, JD, Tmall all require test reports for listing.

CPC certificate: the cross-border must-have

CPC (Children's Product Certificate) is mandatory for all US products for children 12 and under. Cross-border sellers are the 'importer' and must provide it, issued by a CPSC-accredited lab. Required on Amazon and Shopify cross-border.
