What puffy stickers are made of and how

The base material is white PVC foam roll (we compound and slit our own rolls). After printing, it goes through HF welding: the high-frequency field heats the PVC from inside, the mold presses, edges fuse and the pattern pops — all in under a second, fully sealed, water- and dust-proof. How to choose thickness (0.8 / 1.0 / 1.5 / 2.0mm)

0.8mm: thinnest, lowest cost — bulk blind-box freebies
1.0mm: standard — best balance of 3D feel and cost for stationery, toys, planners
1.5mm: noticeably raised, great squish — sticker books, collectibles
2.0mm: thickest, softest — premium collectibles

Pricing and MOQ

MOQ 2,000 pcs per design. Standard 1.0mm puffy stickers run US$0.05-0.16/pc FOB Shenzhen; 1.5mm is 20-40% more, 2.0mm 50%+. Volume pricing kicks in above 5,000 pcs. Sampling fee depends on complexity and is credited against production orders.
