Custom specs and process

Standard build: PVC foam 1.0-1.5mm + HF welding + removable adhesive. Base and accessories get separate dies and cuts; the accessory adhesive must "stick firmly but peel cleanly" — we use a removable-adhesive formula rated for 30+ re-sticks at room temperature. Typical spec: 50-80mm base + 8-15 accessory pieces, 2-3 outfits per card. MOQ 2,000 sets, sampling 5-15 days + production 5-15 days.

IP vs original artwork boundary

Important: licensed characters (Disney, My Little Pony etc.) require proof of license — no license, no production. We do offer a mature "original princess" solution: original princess designs + dress-up play, no specific IP involved. Overseas markets (Japan especially) love original princess dress-up stickers — our Japanese puffy/oshiri orders run on this same HF process.
