30-day full flow from inquiry to delivery, with deliverables and tips at each milestone.
Day 0-2: Inquiry + quote
Submit: size / artwork / material / MOQ / destination. We output: PDF quote within 24h (mold fee, unit price, tiered qty price, lead time, HS code).
Day 3-4: Artwork + contract
Customer sends vector file with outlined text. We output PDF layout proof. After sign-off, contract signed + 30% deposit (T/T).
Day 5-7: Mold + color match
Die-cut mold based on design; Pantone color match. Most critical for first order — defines all future color consistency.
Day 8-10: Sampling
Sample using same material & process as mass production. Sample fee 100-500 RMB (refunded on order). DHL / FedEx 3-5 days.
Day 11-12: Sample sign-off + 70% balance
Email sign-off (color, feel, die-cut). Pay 70% balance.
Day 13-22: Mass production + QC
10-day mass + 5-step QC (raw / print / press / die-cut / pre-ship AQL 2.5).
Day 23-30: Shipment
Choose FOB (your forwarder) / CIF (we ship to your port) / DDP (we deliver to your door). Sea 20+ days, air 5-10, express 3-7.
