Yikang calenders its own EVA soft foam roll — feeding its own foam stickers and sold by roll to print houses. Making the material in-house means lead time and quality stay in our own hands.

Many sticker factories do not make the foam; they buy rolls then process, so lead time and thickness consistency depend on others. We make the roll ourselves — that is the root of the “one site, two zones” model.

What EVA soft foam is

EVA is ethylene-vinyl acetate; foamed it is soft, springy, and embossable. Unlike PVC furong (stiffer, glossier surface), EVA feels softer and doughier — right for puffy stickers that should “feel meaty when pinched.”
