Why the standard MOQ is 2000
Foam stickers need a die and HF tuning; below a volume the setup won’t amortize. Our standard MOQ is 2000 sheets, with no extra charge when die & material reuse.
How low-MOQ gets agreed
Three cases lower it: ① use an existing public die shape, skip die-making; ② use stock PVC foam roll, no extra material prep; ③ slip into an existing schedule slot, no dedicated machine. All three → even ~1000-sheet runs work.
The cost of low volume
Low volume raises per-unit cost above bulk and uses one setup, pushing the slot back when tight. We state the price gap and lead time openly. Volume up on reorder returns to standard price — see reorder.
How buyers use the flexibility
Pilot new items in low volume, then scale by reorder — safer than a big first PO. Our capacity has headroom to bridge pilot and reorder smoothly.
