A metal transfer sticker = real metal foil (gold/silver/holographic) bonded to a substrate by heat and pressure: a continuous metallic surface, strong reflectivity, optional brushed or mirror texture, real tactile depth. Foil stamping is the most common way metal transfers are made; heat transfer moves an ink layer and can only "print" a metallic color with no true metal feel.
